Warranty

All Tolentino watches are guaranteed for a period of twenty-four (24) months.
This guarantee covers any defects in the material with which the watch was produced as well as manufacturing defects existing at the time of delivery.
During this period and upon presentation of the valid guarantee certificate, you have the right to have your watch repaired free of charge

Tolentino undertakes to replace or repair any spare part and/or correct defects, assessed as such by our Customer Service.
If the repairs are inadequate to restore the conditions of normal use of your watch, Tolentino guarantees its replacement with an identical Tolentino watch or one with similar characteristics.
This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear and damage caused by accident or neglect.

This guarantee is void in the event of interventions carried out by third parties not authorized by Tolentino.
